hey everyone
i was wondering if the grounds need to be connected to the jpac.
i notice a rolling wave on my monitor, when i don't give it any input. with a ground attached, i notice the wave changes and rolls even faster. any ideas?

What grounds? Signal grounds? Was this monitor hooked up to a regular arcade game before? Was it working at that time?
