i understand that a jamma pcb will work in a jamma cabinet (doh  :P) but what about items like this one on e-bay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=575&item=6187068104&rd=1

what extra bits would i need to get this game working?

That is a Neo Geo cartridge, you would also need a Neo Geo motherboard, and a cabinet actually wired for 4 button JAMMA (VERY UNCOMMON on anything other than a Neo Geo cabinet).
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

If you're really interested in NEO-GEO games you can usually find a decent full cab for a couple hundred dollars if you shop around a bit. In my experience, they're almost always cheap & plentiful. I love mine, it pobably gets more play time than my MAME cab.

All Tekken boards use an auxillary harness/loom for stereo sound and kick.

The boards origanally come with the extra harness, but if nessecary, you can solder the extra wires to the board directly.

The small blue edge connector in this case is the auxillary harness.
