Flyback for Nanao MC2100s
« on: June 17, 2005, 01:23:34 pm »
Hi I'm having huge trouble finding a replacement flyback for this monitor.  It's basically the incredibly rare 21" version of the MC2000s as used in the Deluxe Version of Sega's Space Harrier, flyback is a Murata MSH1FAC13A.  I went to a lot of trouble to find and get an original monitor for this machine and was immensely lucky just to get my hands on one, but my luck ran out when I found the flyback was cracked.  I cannot find an equivalent for this anywhere and can't believe that after all my searching I'm snookered by an obsolete flyback  :'(.  The rest of the chassis all checks out fine and the tube also looks to be in very good condition with no signs of any screen burn.  Can anyone here help me find a flyback for this chassis.

Regards

Nick

Did you try Bob Roberts?

Or give them a call at Zanen electronics?

Thanks for the reply but I have unfortunately discovered that this particular flyback is obsolete and I can't find any one who has a suitable replacement.  I have decided to purchase one of Jomacs Universal Replacement Chassis which were specifically designed to replace the unfixable chassis I have.
