Looks like the convergence is way off adjustment and/or the 3 picture tubes need rejuvenation. Strongly suggest posting this problem on sci.electronics.repair newsgroup since that's where many big screen tv techs hang out.

Yup, it looks like convergence to me as well. There is an adjustment on that game. Go into test and you can adjust it form there. Some crosshairs will come up and you can align the colors.

Might be the convergance on the TV as well. Does it happen anywhere other than the game? Maybe it happens to a lesser extent but it may be there. On newer TV's, theres a converge menu that you can go to and the TV will either auto fix itself or bring up an adjustment where you can do it. If you converge and the TV is still showing poorly, you may have to call a technician unless you can figure out how to do it yourself. What brand and model is it?

hhmm well I went into test but havent been able to find any menu about adjusting convergance in TC :-\ The tv is an Hitachi 50UX22BA I did find an "Digital Auto Convergance" in the TV's menu and I ran that but it didnt seem to really help.

I have the same game. I'll have to check mine then next time I'm at that location. I'll be there this weekend at the latest. It's been a while since I fooled with mine, so I would have to get into it myself to see where it's at.
