help with MAMEWAH config utility

So i download the newest version of MAME, the newest version of mamewah, and the mamewah config utility.

I clicked on mamewah and it fired up without seeing the games.  I figure that's normal, so then i run the config utility.  It's saying that it can't find mscoree.dll

I'm do a little research and it's saying that file is part of Microsoft.NET.  I download that and install it.  Then i click on the config utility again and i'm getting something saying that it's looking for version 1.1.4322.  The version i got from Microsoft was 1.0.3705

I'm lost.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

So i got the config utility to work enough to create the Games List, but whenever i select the game it tells me that it's loading, then blinks like the game is going to start, but nothing happens.

Thoughts?
