Got a psp the other day wow what a sexy little piece of hardware. Picked up wipeout pure and did the internet hack as found here:
http://omlette.net/psp/roto/
I used the DNS address:DNS IP 67.171.70.72 and got the portal. Rember to to go to settings and disable WIFI powersave.
