Mamewah HOTD layout request

Can any of you talented people knock me up a simple House of the Dead layout @ 640x480. I am the least artsitic person I know, but have seen some really good layouts created by the guys on this board.

I'll get to work on one. Least I can do after you did that favor for me a while back. It might take me a couple of days though since right now I'm so sick I can't sit at the desk for more than ten minutes at a time :(
