I need a Local Canadian store for elextrical components

Hi, I'm in Oshawa, Ontario which is close by to Toronto if that helps. I don't really like ordering stuff off of the internet if I can help it, so I'm looking for a store nearby me that sells electrical components. Some of the things I need include CMOS 4006 chips, and some 1N4148 Diodes. So I was wondering if anyone knows of any places nearby that will sell these parts and more. I mostly need the diodes, so if it doesn't sell the CMOS chip thats ok.

You don't want a business that sells electrical components---those are for electricians and electrical contractors. You want a business that sells electronic components. Look in your phone directory under "Electronic Equipment & Supplies"

There is a chain here in Ottawa called Active Electronics. You may want to see if there is one near by you...

These guys are at HWY404 and Finch.
There's Active Surplus on Queen St. Downtown Toronto, and there is also one on Gordon Baker drive and HWY404...if you look around there are a few places, but the guys in the link supply a lot of electronic stores...
