Deitel and Deitel have an excellent book called "How to Program C++"

I suggest starting with this:

C++ Primer Plus, Fourth Edition by Stephen Prata - A self-contained introduction to C++.  It's clearly written and easy to understand.

One of the first C++ books I used was the deitel and deitel book and It really is good begginers book. You can find older editions of the book at used book stores since it is pretty popular book.

I loved the thinking books by eckel (java and c++) since they include information of design and software engineering concepts that are usually missing in other books, but it is not a beginners book.

  I started with an older "Learn to program in C++ in 21 Days" book, but realized about halfways through that it was severely outdated.

  I switched to this book and even though I'm not 1/4th the way through yet I can tell it's so much better.
