Hrm... don't see mine there by visual, anyway.  I'll check what it is when I get home.

I have a Motorola V180 and these games are available for it from the Cingular web-site.  The V180 isn't listed on the Symbian page, so my quess is that these are not Symbian games.

Are those Symbian OS games? If so I may try a few of them out.

Too bad. There is a Symbian MAME port, but it's not really that great. I'd love to play some of the classics on my phone.

How could anyone, EVER play Defender on a Cell phone?
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

The N-Gage has a d-pad and of course it has plenty of buttons (number pad) so I don't see why you couldn't play it. Obviously it wouldn't be arcade authentic, but certainly it would be playable.

Playing Defender on my N-Gage just feels wrong. You have to twist the phone 90degrees, so the d-pad is below the screen and the fire buttons are above (or vise versa). I spent a couple of minutes trying to play it like that, then gave up. Defender is just one of those games that needs real arcade controls.
