Mamewah layout resolution question?

I know this is probably a dumb question but if i download a skin from screenshotarchive and it is in a higher resolution then i want...im trying to keep everything set at 640x480... is there a way to change the skin's resolution

Hi

Yes you can re-size the image through photosuite or similar programme. You can also the Mamewah layout editor (comes with mamewah) load the image as the main background and set the zize to what you want (options on the task bar).

Once you have adjusted the size you will need to adjust the position of the artwork and game list etc.

As stated, you will need to resize the image using some sort of image editor such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or one of the many others. I do have an entire 640 x 480 set on my website but their rather plain compared to others out there. You can check them out at http://home.comcast.net/~cpviewer on the downloads/layouts page.
