easycab 0.96 is up

It's been a while, but easycab just got a fairly hefty update, new arcadeos version, all new mame binaries and dat files, support for new sound cards, yada, yada, yada.

Sorry, but I totally forgot to test ror.  I'll test it this weekend.  Hopefully, it was just a bug with that version of advancemame and everything is fine now.  Let me know if you have any problems, though.  There were a large number of changes, as it's been quite a while since the last update.

Well the new version works with my T64 card.  No more squashed picture ;D

Thanks a million.  Now I just have to figure out what version of advancemame makes the most sence with my machine.  It's only a K6-400.  I'm thinking .55.  I'll give it a try.
