Not trying to spoil your thread, but there are at least 5 threads like this for the same FE. Several in which you participated. Here are some of the items I pointed out in at least one of the other threads.

I have GameEx running on one of my machines. It has MAME, N64, GBA, GENS, JAGUAR, and ZINC games  running currently (pretty much supports any command line Emulator including VPIN, etc) and the jukebox functions and media player aspects are top notch. It is by far one of the easiest FE's to configure. It supports a flava of CP Viewer and supports the ArcadeVGA with a simple drop down selection. Audio can play in the background while looking through lists, etc....

You can toggle off all of the stuff that Newbies always ask about (type OK, etc) with a simple drop down.
