Vectrex Overlays are a tricky thing. First, they are PNG files for a reason. That being that PNG supports transparent backgrounds and JPG's don't. You files NEED to be PNG format. For instance, without the transparency wou'll never see the tank in Armor Attack. I have a complete set on my website under downloads/vectrex. The website is http://home.comcast.net/~cpviewer . I don't know why you would need to resize them but if you do I would suggest using a program that natively opens and saves PNG files such as Adobe Photoshop.

Good Luck,
John
