Major command.dat announcement
« on: May 09, 2005, 09:26:43 am »
Last night I posted an update to the English command.dat homepage.  There are now two versions of the command.dat available.  The longhand, or original version, is available and up to date.  The new shorthand version is now also available for users of the command.dat to choose from.  The longhand version is meant for beginners and players who are not that familiar with fighting games.  The shorthand version is meant more for experts who are very familiar with common and difficult fighting game moves and would like to see the moves quickly at a glance.  More updates will be forthcoming, but this is a major release.

Is there a shorthand version of banned.dat?

Very big update tonight.
Added Fatal Fury: Wild Ambition, Samurai Shodown 64, Fighter's History, Virtua Fighter 2, and Sonic Champions.
Fixed Tattoo Assasin's, Survival Arts, Dragon Ball Z 2, Jojo's Venture, Power Instinct 1, 2, and 3, Street Fighter: The Movie, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, and King of Fighters '94.
Also, the page has been completely redone, a complete Games List with author credits has been added and the first part of my Author's Guide is done, but I still need to capture some screens to complete the examples.

Joseph, banned.dat will get more attention when things settle down.  I'll let you know.
