Programming an IPac Problem (or is it?)
« on: May 01, 2005, 02:42:51 pm »
I'm going through and assigning all of my buttons on my panel
today.

running into an issue.

In the WinIPAC program, (in the 'chart' mode)
I've programmed PLY3, BUTTON 5 to act as the 'P' key.

Yet, when I press the button and test it while
WinIPAC is still running,  I cannot
get that box to highlight....

If I go into notepad, it flashes the message on the screen:
'
...so I will ask you... "Deal, or No Deal?"

Forget it.
After 2 hours of beatin my head against a wall, reprogramming,
rewiring some things, I kept coming up with the same thing...

Then I thought... what If I shut down the PC and unplug the IPAC..

IT WORKED.. all my settings were 'permenant' after the PC
came back up...
that was weird.....
...so I will ask you... "Deal, or No Deal?"
