I had a auction end sunday morning the buyer said he would pick up the item this week I have not gotten any responce from him/her since sunday I have sent three emails should I re list?

That happends from time to time, they forget they won or dont care.

Im sure ebay will relist it free for you if you explain the bidder dosent respond.

Normaly after a week of not hearing from them its time to relist and give bad feedback.

I'd wait a full two weeks from auctions end.  Sometimes, people have circumstances that prevent responding. 

What's their feedback like?  If it's 0, then just forget it, relist, neg FB, etc.  If their FB is good, wait.

Did they pay for the item and not pick it up, or not pay or anything?
