Is mame movie maker on a website or something?

I have been looking around and came up with a post listing some src code and a distro of mame.. when I am looking for the .exe  a point in the direction and thaed be awwwwsome-o!

Just to be clear, the "Link to binary and source of MAME 0.95" points to Buddabing's special version of MAME that supports movie making. That's exactly what you want. Good luck.
