ROM search program..
« on: April 25, 2005, 09:17:05 am »
IS there a program or utility that allows you to search through your list of ROMs to find a particular game?

I only keep about 60 games on my cab and *sometimes* add a new one when I remember back to the "good old days"

My memory is obviously not that great because I only just realised that I didn't have Pacman on my machine  ::) - and do you think I can find it in my ROM set DVD's??

The fastest solution would probably be for you to take a look on http://www.mamedb.com and search for the game you have in mind.  Once you find it, search your DVDs for the file listed as "Filename:" in the Game Details section.
