Dell Dimension 2200 mobo?????

I bought a Dell motherboard off ebay many months ago.
just started hooking this beast up
from what I can tell it is for a Dell Dimension 2200 .
CPU is a 1.2 gig CPU (socket 370)
my heatsink will not fit ( to large)
main issue I am having is customer support stinks
web page demands a code from the case.
I do not have said case. only motherboard
I called and got some middle east woman who could not speak English worth a darn. for at least 10 min I explained to her (EBAY!!! MOTHERBOARD ONLY!!!) Yes I had to yell to get thought to this woman
OK we were able to track motherboard to Dell Dimension 2200
I can not find the pin out for the power switch, hard drive led, reset, speaker

I see the pins  but no labels or #
any one know the pin out?

I have down loaded all pdf files dell has but they only show the pins
no break down what they are
