Mouse Prob... (Probably a dumb question)

I got my imperial track ball installed and everything.  I put in CTMOUSE driver and it works great! (Tested it with dos edit advm and ipacutil) Except in ADVMAME or DMAME it does not see it at all.  I have set the mouse_input to auto.  IS this right?  Did I miss something?   Thanks

try setting it to 1 and see if it works.
