Super Hang On Part (5k Pot)
« on: April 13, 2005, 11:05:40 pm »
I just picked up a super hang on today, and the accelerator pot is a little flakey.
(Dead monitor, new hot, new flyback, great pic now.)

The pot is a 5k 3 connector pot.

Sega Part Number.

220-5130

Description:

Vol Cont B-5k Ohm

Any one have one for sale?

Or a place that won't kill me on shipping?

Thanks,
later,
dabone

I don't know if it's the right one, but the price is right enough to try.

Thanks.

Cool.  Lemme know how it works out for you.

And, I've got a Super Hang-On project here with no monitor.  What kind is in yours, and could you snap a few pics of how it goes together?  I've got a pedestal, a 2-piece plastic shroud, and a bunch of metal parts, but no idea how to put it together.  Thanks!

Just mount the monitor to the pedestal, then attach the rear shroud first.
(Screws around the bottom.

You have to remove the handle bars to mount the front.

Just pop it on (remember to hook up your speakers before you snug it.)
Then screw into the base and the rear shroud.

Then remount your handle bars and play.

Btw. the vibration sucks on these things.
