ok

The machine was built by Monarch Automatics, the model number for the power adapter is MWP605. It has a Hantarex monitor with a 25" screen, but so far i can't find the model number. I will attach some pictures.

ive identified it as a Hantarex 20"  mtc9000 monitor, sorry about the 25" thing.

First thing to do is install a capkit. Hantarex monitors is well known for needing plenty of capacitors.
