Brilliant.  That is the great thing about this hobby.  It attracts people from nearly all backgrounds who then express thier interest using thier particular talents.  Very cool panels.

I had my eye on that one too.  If I had a game room I'd be all over it, but I have no place to put it.

(Yeah that's it, nothing to do with the wife...   :) )

Very nice, very nice indeed. It's amazing something that big and fragile could actually be shipped. Must take LOTS of packing material....
Vids:  Home built MAME machine, Crystal Castles. Arkanoid
Pins:   Williams Aztec (working). Stern Nugent (not working...yet), Williams Phoenix (major not working, missing parts.... )

Always on the lookout for buying 90's game with Ramps that need work...

Shipping cost is set at $30 according to the listing... I'm betting that's why.

That seems very underpriced for stained glass, ive seen a smaller panel of a parot go for alot more then that.

Buddy's grandma does stuff like that.

It's actually not as fragile as you'd think, it's more heavy than fragile....unless it's dropped ::)

I showed him the stained glass mame marquee once, and he showed her.  Not as hard to do as you might think, but to do it WELL takes some time and patience....the marquee she said would prolly take her two days.  A day to gather materials, a day to complete.

COOL, COOL STUFF!

I'm working on getting her to make me a "game room" sign that'll fit into one of those doors where the top third is a window....make it an entrance door to that part of the basement.....too many plans, not enough time OR money :-[

You could even make a custom french door with the opening set for the size of those SG cabs, put it right in with some 3/4 round wood stops.

Sweet panels, one thing tho'.  Says measures 22" x 24", those look considerably more rectangular than that almost square measurement.  Would be cool to have the whole set of 5!  Seller admits "no experience shipping stained glass either"
It'd be a shame to have those beauties arrive in pieces!
ARCADIAC!

Yeah...I remember doing some stained glass in an art class in high school.  It is surprisingly easy.  The only tool that would cost any significant amount of money is a buffer, and I doubt that would cost more than $50.   We were doing really basic stuff, of course, but it's really easy and fun.  For anyone who likes stained glass I highly recommend giving it a shot.  If you don't have any round pieces of glass you don't even need the buffer.  Just a little glass scoring tool that probably costs $10.
