Bush = Hippocrite
« on: April 02, 2005, 10:18:17 pm »
Just wanted to vent...

Bush's latest "motto": We should strive to promote a culture of life.

To put it in context, since he's so indirect about what he's referring to: save the unwanted fetuses! Save the vegetables (shiavo)! etc...

Meanwhile, it's ok for 1500 American soldiers to die in the name of something that was false. It's ok for (how many THOUSANDS?) of Iraqi civilians to die in that process as well.

Meanwhile, all across the world, dogs are being born every day without lips.

Especially those "robber dogs". They're pretty nasty when their teeth are showing like that.  :)

Non sequitor.

Y'know, this used to be a cool subforum, but of late it has become the land of jack-in-the-boxes with incredibly lazy thought processes. Whenever I look in here, I am never disappointed as to how foolish people can be.

I think I'll avoid it altogether from now on. It's like wading waist deep in a room full of dog vomit, and the guy who has control of the drain plug is laughing at my torment.

Has anyone noticed how much Bush has aged since he took office?  Not that it wouldn't be worth it, but that must be a stressful job.

Man, look at ANY of the past Presidents we've had....the only one who didn't seem to age that much (and by "that much", I realize that's subjective) was Bush Sr.

Is there a more stressful job?

Clinton seemed to age about 20 years during his tenure.  I think any office that's that public and involves that much traveling/variety would become quite stressful.  After that, they should have my job for a few years.  They may grow younger after a few years at it.   ;D

Try the buy/sell/trade forum. Maybe somebody is selling magic pills that will give you some tolerance and/or a sense of humour.

Yeah Bush Sr. and Carter only aged 4 years while they were in office.  The others aged/will age twice that.

Clinton seemed to age about 20 years during his tenure.
And he had an intern to help him with his stress releif. Imagine what he'd look like without it.
Hey Baby, Have you ever met a Newbie with 38 pages of previous posts before? Do you Want to?

Leaving? Good for you. That means you'll have more time to practice walking on water and turning water into wine. Get back to us.

I thought I was condescending, but I can't hold a candle to you. Looks like I've got my work cut out for me for a while. Here's practice: Btw, what kind of pansy-assed drama queen uses the phrase "laughing at my torment?"

How's that?

If you possess a cowbell, I heard they bronze it for you at 1000 posts and replace it with a tambourine, a set of bagpipes (is that proper, a "set"?), and an out-of-tune accordion.

Man I wish I had a cowbell :'(

Yep, I reckon so. But I just love the irony of somebody posting in a subforum to tell us they won't be posting in it!
