I'm using a WG U2000 25" monitor in my Mame cabinet, and have struggled for a year with a video problem that I don't know how to fix, not being a monitor techie. I do have the monitor technical specifications manual, though

When using non-interlaced modes (e.g. 640x242), I have no problems and get a beautiful picture. However, when invoking an interlaced mode (640x480), I still get an image, but the horizontal lines tend to get out of sync and cause a blurry, slightly scrambled image. If I pull up an image on the screen that has every line doubled (like Winamp when you select "double size"), it displays fine on odd vertical lines. But move the image down one line, and it become blurry. Very strange

I suspect the solution will involve either proper turning of the right calibration pot on the monitor circuit board, or replacing a capacitor, but which one? Has anyone experienced this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?
Thanks in advance,
Rod.
