Lazarus 4.0 released!
« on: November 16, 2002, 11:58:12 pm »
Go get it at
www.oscarcontrols.com/lazarus/

Please read the primer before installing and the slightly updated documentation.  Also realize that lazarus now has an installer program so no more dll problems.  :)

Also as a personal request please refrain your questions for a while as I'm not feeling too well and need to rest for a few days.  I'll pick things up and finish updating the site later on.

Have fun and enjoy!

Great work Howard :-)

I am having some problems with the installer. Some of the subfolders get not added. For example for the 3d plugin. Everything ends up in the laz root folder. Also the two xtra's endend up in the system32 folder messing up shockwave...i for example could not view the modelviewers anymore after the install of laz.
update: i checked the setup.lst file of the installer and it looks like a lot of the files have not the proper paths associated with it. After rearranging them properly and reinstalling shockwave i have laz working again  :D

Yup, turns out it's corrupted....  go get the updated setup file from the homepage.

****FOR ANYONE WHO'S ALREADY INSTALLED IT****

Uninstall lazarus using add/remove programs, use the corrected setup.lst file and reinstall.  Failure to do so before reinstalling may cause system errors.

Also, whenever you feel up to it, can't download the new skinner app.
