Another person selling MAME on Ebay

This is ridiculous!  It looks like he's been selling these recently.  He never calls it MAME but it must be as the CD plays 1500 games.  Anyone know how to stop it?

From Ebay's main page click on HELP, then in the search field type something like "report a listing violation" or "report unauthorized software".
This should take you to a link where you can report the item number. They take these reports very serious.

Just a thought.

Everybody and his sister starts reporting stuff like this. Will Ebay just ban everything that says MAME in disgust?

I understand the distaste of a particular vendor who tried to steal the MAME name. But are we really served by making a big issue over this?

Almost all of us are doing questionable things with regards to IP. Should we really raise the profile of anothers (arguably more blatent) violations?
