Vertical Size/Position - not enough adjustment range?
« on: March 27, 2005, 09:43:30 pm »
As the topic says, I can't seem to get enough vertical size and/or position adjustment on my WG 25k5515.  The screen has a slight bias towards the top, so the first several lines are cut off (most noticable on vertical games).   Also, the first lines that are visible have a larger space between them.  The monitor has a cap kit.

Any suggestions?

Try the vert damp adjust.

It doesn't seem like any combination of vertical size, damp, position gets it where it needs to be...

Looks like Q901 is bad.  I'll try a new one tomorrow.

Q901 was shorted.

I've attached the pertinent area of the schematic for those keeping score at home.
