Need help finding a font

I'm looking for the fonts that are used on the Pub Time Premier logo. I found the correct font for the "Pub Time" portion:

Toskanische Egyptienne Initialen

However, I cannot find the font used for the word "PREMIER". Can anyone identify this font?



I tried http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/, but it wasn't any help.

I have spent hours trying to find fonts.....it's just easier to trace it!

I posted a message in comp.fonts and someone pointed me to the font.

I hope to find a similar font for free as I really don't want to pay $21 for a single usage.
