MAME 32 question
« on: March 12, 2005, 07:12:01 pm »
Ive found that certain games running in mame32 in both the versions i have are not centered , there alittle high on the screen its not all games but just a few , ive tried to fix it in the display section and the only thing that fixes the problem is to run the game in a window not full screen , any ideas.

Hi,
I belive the following is your problem.
Each resolution your monitor uses needs to be individually adjusted. basically if you adjust the monitor for 640x480. And then you switch to 1024x768 you may have to readjust.
In mame different games runs at different resolutions so this could be why some games look offcenter.
You can force mame to run all games at certain resolution. Or adjust your monitor for the resolutions.

Hope this helps
