DS was stolen!
« on: March 09, 2005, 05:36:18 pm »
Someone broke into my car on sunday and stole my DS along with like 15 Advance and DS games!   :'(  Got a new one already though, and I gave the serial number of the original to the cops (good thing I printed out the registration confirmation!).

This is exactly why I am always so afraid of taking my DS places. It is nearly impossible to play it in peace anyway, people always want a tour of it.

BTW, don't you get some sort of card with your DS that is used for online registration? Couldn't that be used for identifying if it is yours? Or does it not actually have the number on the DS anywhere? I don
