Are you thinking that this layout does not support marquees?
Right. That YellowBorders layout does not show marquees in it, but that doesn't mean you can't add it. If you open up MAMEWAH Layout Designer (distributed with MAMEWAH) and then open that layout, you can see that there isn't an "Artwork Image #2" object showingon the screen. You can verify that this is the case by going to Display Objects -> Main Form and seeing that Artwork Image #2 isn't checked.
Now, since layouts are pretty customizable and not everybody's tastes are the same, you'll want to add the marquee any way you see fit. If it were me, this is how I'd do it:
1) Go to Background -> Image and select the .JPG file that was distributed with this layout in the same folder as the .LAY file.
2) Go to Display Objects -> Main Form and uncheck Main Logo.
3) Go to Display Objects -> Main Form and check Artwork Image #2.
4) Position and resize the Artwork Image #2 object inside the yellow box where the Main Logo object was. It's hard to see the black lines that outline each object because of the black background, but they are there telling you the position ans size of the object. Use the white boxes as cues.
5) Go to File -> Save Layout.
6) Exit the Layout Designer, start up MAMEWAH and enjoy my marquees!
Peace and carrots.
