I figure with my luck there is nobody around here willing to do this, but I think my double dragon machine could use a cap kit.  The arcade monitor has lines going through it which drive you nuts after awhile.
I'm not very good at soldering so I'm hesitant to attempt this myself.  If anyone is around here I would be willing to pay a fair price to have this done.

P.S. what would be a fair price to have this done lol?  Anyone?
