MAMEWAH -- How do I generate a games list?
« on: February 18, 2005, 08:41:11 pm »
I recently upgraded my MAME arcade PC and reinstalled MAMEWAH.  I've copied over all of my old config files, but when I try to generate a games list inside of MAMEWAH it's not working.

Do I have to generate some sort of XML file first from mame?

By the way, I'm using MAME32 Plus, but it shouldn't matter...

Sorry, I figured it out...  Because I was using Mame32 Plus, it didn't include the "xml2info.exe" and apparantly MAMEWAH needs this file to generate the games list.  I copied over the .exe from the official Mame 0.92b distribution and it seems to work!
