Froogle/eBay for indie games?
« on: February 18, 2005, 09:58:00 am »
hey folks!  Here is my problem.

I really like a game called Mad Caps (some of you probably played it).  Wickedly addictive.  And I am going to buy the damn thing.  But I am an El Cheapo kind of guy and hate paying full price, because when you have internet, you can always find a deal.
So I was trying to find a seller who would offer good deal on Mad Caps.  Tried eBay - nothing.  Tried Froogle.com (it's google's shopping search engine) - they had only actual caps.  PriceGrabber.Com and Shopping.Com - zilch.  Amazon - nada.
Ok, so I found only one website with a measly 10% off discount at Deprice.
here is the actual link http://www.deprice.com/madcaps.htm

I am sure that there must be scores of other websites that give discounts for indie games, but I just can't find them.  Can you help me?  Just post them here.  Don't do the general websites, please, just the ones that carry Mad Caps.

C'mon folks, there must a website that specializes in indie game discounts.  Does no one know any websites similar to Deprice.Com?  Where do you guy your games then?
