Anyone sell premade adapters?
I tried unsuccesfully to make my own using the methods on www.arcadeos.com.

I believe the folks at masssystems.com will make custom PS/PS2 RGB cables.  You will have to email them the request.  Make sure you tell them its to hook up to an arcade monitor (as they will have to use an LM1881 to seperate the composite sync from the composite video line).
