You can, but you have to google under "contact juggling" or "acrylic juggling balls"

They have clear, glow-in-the-dark, and other UV reactive colors.

Check ebay.  There used to be a seller of translucent TB's that had them for $12 BIN.  I don't remember if he had clear, though- I picked up a blue one.
