Can I just dump all the chips and exptect MAME to run it?  If not, what steps would I need to take to try and play the game in MAME to ID it?

Maybe you could dump the roms and then get ClrMame to try and rebuild them; in the process it would try and identify the roms.
Right?

I thought about that too.  I would think so.  That's how I was going to fix my naming scheme since I don't know where they come up with this stuff.  The only problem is that I'm not sure if ClrMame would be able to ID it either if ROMident can't do it.  I guess I'll just dump them all and see.

Finished dumping all the chips.  It's a Moon Cresta or one of the many boots.
