Will a 21" KDS fit in a standard Lusid/Project Arcade without being decased? If it must be decased, is it hard to do (without getting killed)?

I fit a 27" TV in there....so I think it probably would. The width of the inside is 26". Go measure. Decasing is not too big of a deal. You have to be a little careful, but there are plenty of examples that can show you what to do.
