hi howard.Would you mind if somebody was using dragonking and then change the skin and theme files,claiming that the arcade machine have 8,000 games and sells for $4,800.00?
let me know if you do.
Because the individual has been ripping people off as well.
I don't know who owns dragonking.
I just think you should know.

Howard will care (although I'm not sure how much he can do about it, other than maybe some cease and desist letters). But you will probably get a friendlier response if you spell his name casto instead of castro

Yes I do indeed care. Dk is for private use only and can't be used for public distribution or be packaged with a commercial product without my permission (and in most cases a bit of $$$). I need an address so my lawyer knows who to sue.

Damn, I'm caught. All this time I've been using Dk and making a fortune selling MAME cabs to morons. Now that I can't exploit Howard due to rod's vigilance, I'll have to move on to Minwah.

I've known one or two companies use MAMEWAH without my permission (one even had the nerve to email me asking for help, and has pictures it on his site). Annoying but previously I had nothing in my license agreement (or no license agreement at all) to prevent it - I've addressed that with v1.6+.
