N64 Your Mame?

Just curious, would it be possible to buy a 4 port USB Hub, hook 4 USB to N64 plugs so you could get 4 player N64 goodness on a mame cabinet? Would 4 of them work? or would they all interfere with eachother?

The said says you can use multiple converters for multiple joystics, so I would assume so. I have 2 and use them both at the same time with no issues.

*bump*
has anyone tried the GC ModChip yet?
I found it:
http://www.mod-chip.com/index2.php?go=en/viper.htm
https://www.thegiantstore.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=339
and the case that allows full sized DVD-R:

http://www.gamedevilonline.com/product_info.php?products_id=127
http://www.xbox-modchips.com/viper-gc-case.htm
Apparently it requires this funky screwdriver bit to dissassemble:

Dig it?
