Large-scale implementation of Yahoo Messenger

My boss wants to put have every employee in my organization on Yahoo Messenger (that's the one he uses).  Does anyone know of a way that I can set up about 50 accounts without going through the normal process 50 separate times? 

edit: Oh yeah....I know that I could instruct users on how to set up their own accounts, but that's a last resort.

Why not teach 'em to use Trillium? 

I know it's because he doesn't want to learn a "new trick" all over again, but this way you could set 'em up with AOL accounts instead of yahoo's, and they'd never know the difference.

Will AOL allow me to streamline the process of setting up a bunch of users at once?  If not I don't see why I would care to use AOL IM over Yahoo.  And by the way, Drew.  If you're into swiss army knife IM clients, allow me to introduce you to a little open source (I think it's open source) product called GAIM.  It supports everything (even Novell Groupwise Messenger), but adds a little firefox into the mix.  Are you ready.......?

Tabbed IM.  One IM window, and each conversation gets its own tab.  Nice, eh?  But still doesn't solve my problem of not wanting to go through the tedious process of setting up 50 accounts one by one, whether through Yahoo or AOL.

I think you mean Trillian. I've been using that for years now and I've never looked back. The latest GAIM looks cool, but there are so many more plugins for Trillian, that it seems much more extensible.

But, then again, it's not open source. So there you are.

Yah, that's what I was talking about.

I actually use an IM client so infrequently it could disappear from my computer and I wouldn't miss it.  It's the thing DaveNMR was talking about when referring to Floyd.

I've installed and used Trillian (even if infrequently) and it seemed fairly easy and quick, IIRC, to set up.  For some reason, 5 minutes seems to sound about right....and from what I saw from spam IM bots, they DO have scripts out there to set up accounts for AOL.

Where to find them, though, I have no idea, but it seriously seems as if they exist for AOL.  Yahoo seems to require far more to set up, that's why I figgered it'd be a bit easier than Yahoo.
