Hi Guys

Ive been looking for Bodiac font and have been successful in finding it.

My trouble is that when I goto installing it I get an error saying its not a true type font. I tried on another computer. Could someone please post me the font or email it to me please.

Much appreciated

If it's not truetype, it's probably a postscript font. Download Adobe Type Manager Lite (free!) and then install through that.

Hmmm.  I DL'd Bodiac, placed it into my \windows\font\ directory, then opened Photoshop and it's there and it works.  If this doesn't work for you, then perhaps you have a corrupt copy?  Let me know if you want me to send you a copy.  Good luck!

thanks for the font but Im still having trouble installing it are you using winxp.
It says its not a valid font. I just drag and drop in the font folder correct? Am I missing something?
I feel pretty stupid not being able to install a font.

For anyone else having this problem; I think dragging and dropping into the fonts directory won't work. You need to click on the \windows\fonts directory and on the right hand side (where all the fonts are listed) right-click and paste.  This should install the font correctly.

Some fonts that worked in other versions of Windows just don't work in XP.  I think there's a tool out there to fix these fonts; I'll see if I can find it.

Why are you guys manually copying the file(s) to your fonts directory instead of using:

Control Panel -> Fonts -> Install New Font

????

as someone said

there is a difference in file sizes. The smaller sized file works 19k vs 29k (something like)
I tried on XP 2000 and 98 and didnt work

and thanks to all who sent me the font :)
