LF Monitor Repairman in Minneapolis

Title says it all but I was wondering if anyone out there does repairs in Minneapolis or has done any work with a local tv repairman.  I brought the monitor to a few repairman but they said they were not familar with it enough to do repairs.  I finally found someone who would work on it but they have partially repaired it and  have had my monitor for over a  month and still are not sure what the last issue is.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
