trimming the N64 fat

i have a HUGE collection of n64 roms with a dozen or so versions of each game, the vast majority dont work.. is there any way to clear these out (othere than manually) sort of like with mame and its control thingy....so much fat needing to be trimmed so many gigs wasted  *sigh*
