Wells Gardner 7200 problem
« on: January 22, 2005, 09:46:55 pm »
I posted about this problem before but I'm simplifying it now since i know more about the problem. The monitor powers up and there is a picture on it for a split second (so i know the tube is not damaged), then the screen turns off (although the monitor still apears to be on since i can see a slight red glow coming from the back of it and it sounds like it is on). I tried wiring it to the cabinet which has an isolation transformer, and also tried connecting it directly to an AC outlet with the same results.  All the connections seem secure and nothing is noticeably wrong with the board. It's a refurbished monitor that was JUST shipped to me from WG. Any ideas?
