can someone hook me up with a link to download this version? need this older vers for the setup app, am only finding the newer versions on the mamewah site and mirrors.

I would not bother with that. Just go with the newest version, read up and get it to work. It is not simple, it just takes a bit of time and patience to read all the docs carefully. If anything, just come here and ask and we will be able to help!

well im reading through trying to figure out how to get ESPXE to work. I created an INI file like instructed, changed the file ext to IMG, which all my games were ripped into, and no luck. :(, any help?

I think JCrouse has an ini file for ePSXe at his site - see the link from my site (I don't have it to hand).

As a rule make sure you can run the emulator from a commandline first (literally), and then attempt to do it from MAMEWAH by duplicating the commandline format.
