You can get HAPP Competition buttons with Cherry switches for $1.49 each from either Terry on eBay or from Ponyboy same price, but different payment methods.

$1.50 eh?

i was hoping for better. Oh well

SirPeale · « **Reply #3 on:** January 18, 2005, 10:30:05 am »

That's a really great price for that switch. And the more you order from Terry, it's a flat rate to ship them, just $3.85 Priority.

Occasionally he sells em at 1.35 but I'm not sure those come with the Cherry switches, would need to ask.

Slikstik has them for $1.40 each with Cherry microswitches. Min order of ten but sounds like you have that covered. I got ten of them a couple weeks ago along with several other items. If you are interested they also have some of the best prices on the Happ trackball.

Here is a link: http://www.slikstik.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=10

thats for the link but they kill the deal on shipping.

22.00 to ship the buttons, lol funny

Nothing. I was just trying to get em for cheaper than $1.50, which im finding out is not possible

SirPeale · « **Reply #9 on:** January 18, 2005, 02:12:48 pm »

Sure you can. They'll just be CRAP.

I bought some .99 buttons for my Arcade Classics cab, and they're *awful.* Takes a lot of force to actually push the button down. I'm going to replace them next time I place an order.

Hoagie_one · « **Reply #10 on:** January 18, 2005, 02:13:42 pm »

I guess that settles it then. Cant be playing with crap now

Beeeph · « **Reply #12 on:** January 18, 2005, 04:11:47 pm »

noooo not X-Arcade! Dont do it!

tmasman · « **Reply #14 on:** January 18, 2005, 07:22:35 pm »

First of all, if you're not an arcade "aficianado" (Spelling?), You'll be happy with X-Arcade stuff.

Just don't put them next to Happs stuff. You'll notice then...

Hoagie_one · « **Reply #15 on:** January 18, 2005, 10:54:23 pm »

the project that I need the black buttons for is a sub par project anyways, xarcade buttons may do quite nicely

Goz · « **Reply #16 on:** January 19, 2005, 09:25:41 am »

Shame this auction isn't for more colors

1.20 each

Sephroth57 · « **Reply #17 on:** January 19, 2005, 09:30:07 am »

Goz · « **Reply #18 on:** January 19, 2005, 09:35:59 am »

Just trying to help, I buy my buttons from Terry.

Hoagie_one · « **Reply #19 on:** January 19, 2005, 09:40:51 am »

when you gotta buy like 60 buttons, every penny counts.

Goz · « **Reply #20 on:** January 19, 2005, 09:42:48 am »

60 buttons.... damn gotta see that CP

Hoagie_one · « **Reply #21 on:** January 19, 2005, 09:45:57 am »

two projects, lol

flampoo · « **Reply #22 on:** January 19, 2005, 10:20:26 am »

Those X-Arcade buttons will do just fine. As was said by tmasman, you can't really tell the difference unless you set them side by side.

melidian · « **Reply #23 on:** January 19, 2005, 11:59:17 pm »

holy crap peale your new avatar has me looking at this thread like every 5 minutes

Goz · « **Reply #24 on:** January 30, 2005, 07:48:23 pm »

I'm just trying to gauge interest, but if I could sell Happ Comp buttons with cherry microswitches for 1.39 each would there be much interest?

-Goz

SirPeale · « **Reply #25 on:** January 30, 2005, 08:12:47 pm »

I think a lot of us would be interested.

JODY · « **Reply #26 on:** January 30, 2005, 10:46:54 pm »

I've ordered them from Happs on sale a couple of times in the last year or two for around .99 cents to $1.20 each. They'll have a new sale starting 2/1 so I'd wait a few days just to see. They've not had them on sale for awhile...so maybe it is time...
