You never let us in on your "can I legally forcibly remove someone from my domicile" issue.

That simply SCREAMS for follow-up.  Either you invited the guy in, or he was trespassing.....didja bring out yer cat-o-nine-tails?  Bust out the ugly stick?  Elect the guy who was campaigning for an arse-whuppin'?

His follow up post said everything was okay.  But he DIDN'T want to talk about it.

But he DIDN'T want to talk about it.

.....right now.  I read the follow up, and the "right now" part of it, that's why I was asking.  If he hadn't added the "right now", I'd have never asked.

I don't know what you'r e talking about, Drew.  I've been frequenting a bit less lately since school started back up.  Give us a link.....

That reminds me.  I need to do some xbox work for that guy.  Been busy since school started....maybe i'll try to get that done on Monday.  I work for the Gov't.  I don't have to work on Monday.

I want to start things off by appologizing to the BYOAC community for bringing my personal problems to the forum.  I was not in a sound state of mind when I posted what I did and therefore did not put enough thought into whether or not I should even be posting in the first place.

To those who didn't get to read my post (I had it deleted) and to those who already know half the story:  I was confronted today by a member of my GF's family in a way that I felt dissrespectful in my place of residence and they refused to leave.  I took it upon myself to physically eject that person from my apartment.

In case you haven't guessed by now by the "person" and "member" I am skirting the fact that this is a female we are talking about.  I did not intentionally hurt her in any way shape or form and the only injurys she attained were minor scrapes.

Again I apologize for what I feel was crossing a boundary as I believe I have bringing my personal problems here and I hope that you all will understand my decision to do what I did even though it was to a woman.

Shmokes:
Hey, I probably should have gotten back to you but for some reason or another I just haven't got arround to it...  I borrowed a HD from a friend and found out that in fact was my Xbox's HD that was fried beyond repair, heck my PC's bios didn't even recognize that a HD was connected!  Now I just have to go and get myself a new HD, yay.
BTW, FTPing is CAKE now that I actually have a place to FTP to.  :P

This place is mostly a sewing circle anyhow...so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

It may be a sign that you're spending too much time on the BYOAC when it's the first thing you go to when you're not in a "sound state of mind". Although, that's never stopped me from posting anything. ;)

No need to apologize at all.  That's the reason I was asking.  I was concerned as to what had happened, as it's kinda hard for you to reply from jail  ;)

Also I was wondering if there WERE authorities involved, and what the "legal" ramifications were.

Didn't mean to pry, but I have a cat I don't really like, and he was curious.... ;)

This makes me feel uncomfortable. If Drew Karee starts talking about the movie "The Color Purple" Or danny galaga discusses the opression of the indigenous people of australlia, I'm going to a board where people can't spell, and don't know any insults past noob or ---Bad words, bad words, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when saint censors you?---.

THAT'S ALL IT WOULD TAKE?!?!?!

So I was watching the Color Purple the other day and....danny, what was it you were saying about the indiginous people of Australia?  It was simply FASCINATING, and I think everyone would benefit from hearing it again.....then we'll get back to that movie I was telling you about. ;)

Dang, Drew wants me gone.... I feel so hurt, so abused, sooooo many police icons,  it kills the eyes....  :'(

I mean, he even started talking about a chick flick. That just hurts.

It's not so much that I WANT you gone, it's that I NEED you gone  ;)  You're hogging all the limelight from me, stifling my creativity and...and....and....FLOYD?!?!?

Is that YOU? crying that you're not wanted anymore

Nah, I looked her in the eye and SCREAMED "GET THE F*$K OUT OF MY HOUSE!"  Even with 3" between our noses she didn't flinch!  Man she put up a good fight!  I've got to work out a little I think.

She sat in her car in the parking lot for about a half hour crying afterwards though so at least I've got that to make me feel better!     I know, I'm evil!  :P
